This was a very entertaining movie set in the old West.
No big name cast, but the acting was good.

there are some very sad moments and there is a bad guy that you will take a dislike to!ha

It does not have an "everyone lives happily ever after"ending, but I thought the ending was great!!

Yes, it's a 2009 release.
Rated PG-13 for some intense western violence.
Synopsis -- James Conners comes home to the town of Legend, New Mexico in 1865 to avenge his fathers death against the ruthless Will Tunney. Along the way he re-captures his long lost love Mary Cooper. With the chance to take Will Tunney he must choose revenge or redemption.
