Tea improves mental focus and clarity. It's a major source of the amino acid, L-theanine, which decreases alpha wave activity in our brains, when combined with caffeine. This is good, because alpha waves decrease our ability to concentrate on important tasks -- like posting good stuff, here.  thinking

If they contain real tea -- even powdered -- I'd guess they'd work, too.
