Bob has to give up sugar and I have to give up cream, but we love our morning coffee with loads of cream and sugar. We tried switching to tea, but that just wasn't the same, so here's my solution:
Brew coffee as usual, but only about 2/3 the amount you usually brew.
Pour yourself half a mug.
Add a whole packet of Diet Swiss Miss hot-chocolate mix (needs lots of stirring).
Add a heaping teaspoon of Splenda and stir.
Fill mug the rest of the way with Mocha Mix and stir. (You might need to microwave for 30 secs, since the Mocha Mix cools it down quit a bit.)
