Be on your guard for rogue antivirus programs that are fake.  I was infected and it took a while to remove it.  I have a great program called Spyhunter that will scan and remove almost anything like these.  Here is a description of the one that attacked my puter.

Antivirus XP 2010 Description

Antivirus XP 2010 is a deceptive anti-virus application created by cyber-criminals in order to trick users into spending their money on it. Antivirus XP 2010 can be obtained via malicious downloads or websites, and then installed onto systems by sneaky Trojans. On entering a computer system, Antivirus XP 2010 will flood a victim’s screen with fake security alerts, pop-ups and fake online system scans claiming that the system is infecting with dangerous malware. Following the alarming security notifications, the victim will be strongly advised to purchase the “full version” of Antivirus XP 2010 in order to remove all the detected malware. Antivirus XP 2010 is not legitimate and it can neither locate nor exterminate any computer threats.

Type: Rogue Anti-Virus Program

I highly recomend Spyhunter,  it is not a replacement for your regular firewall and antivirus program but can be configured to scan your files at user set intervals and it will remove all your cookies and any malware that has entered your computer by riding in on other files.

Here is a link to the website and even if you don't get the program there is a vast amount of information on malware and how it infects your computer.   http://www.enigmasoftware.com/

There are several programs like the one that got you. Nick. One was even coming from photobucket. Best to shut down the computer as fast as you can. This will stop the invasion then, staying off line, run scans to eliminate the malware.
