SellersArena Rules

Okay I know we all hate this part but we must make sure that all of you are having a pleasant experience in the group.

1-We all are adults and as such we should be acting in an appropriate manner.

2-No cussing, threatening, disrespecting, taunting, or slanderous remarks are to be made to, or about, any member or management. Absolutely no soliciting of any SellersArena member is allowed. Soliciting of members to join groups, etc is not allowed and against SellersArena policy.

Blacklists or correspondence of any kind in an attempt to keep members from buying from other members or talking with another member is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent Ban for Life of those involved. This will not be tolerated and will be strictly enforced.

3-All Pm's are private. Under no circumstance are any Pm's to be copied and sent to anyone without the prior approval of the parties involved in the messages. Nor are they ever to be discussed in the forum without the prior consent of the other party or parties.

4-Management/Moderators have the right to remove and or modify without explanation or prior warning any post or thread that we feel is in violation of any of the rules set herein.

5-Absolutely no comments are to be made about another web site that would in anyway be harmful or slanderous to that site. There are better ways to express your concern. This includes posting any listing in the Classifieds or posting in the forum anything that is in anyway slanderous, disrespectful, demeaning or misrepresenting to SellersArena or it's members.This is against sellersarena policy and can be cause for immediate termination of registration.

6-Management is not responsible for comments made by members. Every member is responsible for making sure what they post is accurate and truthful.

7-Please make sure that when you are posting you stay on track with the topic of that thread. If you need to please ask for a new thread to be started.

8-No spamming of the forum is allowed. This includes multiple instances of the post placed in different threads. Spamming is not fair to your fellow members.

9-Absolutely No copy & Pasting, or forwarding of any thread or post in this forum is allowed. If you have a need to copy anything please ask the Admin or Co-Admin for approval.

10-Posting on the Board is always voluntary but it is a condition of Membership that you at least log in to your account every 60 days. Account log ins that do not meet this minimum are subject to being closed without further notice. Closed accounts due to inadequate log ins may be re-opened by reapplying for Membership.

11-Please respect privacy of other Members by not posting or addressing a Member by their given name unless that Member has already posted or given permission for use of given name.

12- Blogs--Seller blogs and links that pertain to members web store, auction items are allowed. Member's Store blogs are allowed in the Sellers Blog thread. There is a seperate thread for the SellersArena Blogs. Please note that this is for your web or auction store blog only. Please do not advertise other folks web sites. If you are adding links to your blogs we would appreciate you adding links back to SellersArena in return.

13- Posting- We are a new site and we are trying to offer all we can to our members. We are open to members advertising their web sites, stores, blogs, etc. Please do not spam the boards with this info and please keep topics in their appropriate threads. Please do not spam the boards with non member sites. If they want to advertise and help members learn of their services, we are glad to have them join in our fun. We do list members store listings and auction listings as well as other member auction sites/forums/Classifieds in our Forum. These areas are for members to discuss their selling experiences and promote their goods not to solicit other auction venues to gain members.

Members are free to voice their opinion without the fear of being condemned, as long as everyone acts like adults and understands that we all have different opinions.
Presenting all sides of an issue can be a good thing in a discussion to be able to see all points of view. No attacking will be allowed.

No member may dominate the board with intent of bumping other members posts just to gain exposure on your own post. All members posts will be respected and treated fairly.

The forum is for members to ask questions, post helpful information for other sellers and buyers, advertise your stores and to chat. We will not tolerate any drama, name calling, disrespectful members, etc. We have a great group of folks with a friendly laid back forum that folks are happy with and accustomed to and we will always make sure that we maintain this at all times..

14- Layaways are at seller and buyers risk. Sellersarena in no way will be involved in the actual transaction, handling of payments or any terms of the Layaway. Please make sure if you enter into a Layaway agreement to have this all in writing between the 2 parties and make sure you specify all terms in plain english-understandable by all.Make sure all payment information as well as your refund/cancellation policy on the layaway.

15. Full contact Information is mandatory for any Member who wishes to Sell Items on ShoppersArena. This contact information is required at registration and is kept strictly confidential. Any perks or offered products that SellersArena offers to their members and is not accepted after numerous contacts , SellersArena will consider the offer not accepted and will remove that offer from that member. No exceptions.

Violations of any of the forum rules will result in:
1st violation will be a warning
2nd violation will result in a members account being suspended for 14 days
3rd violation will result in a members account being closed.

Management has the right at any time if deemed appropriate to immediately suspend anyone who is out of control or totally disrepecting the group and the management.
