Best Foods. We actually like it better than the regular stuff, and it's much lower in fat and calories (half or less). Cholesterol is the same but sodium is higher.

HI ALL
Just a few Olive Oil tips from an Italians wife. Olive oil soap is the only thing that helps my skin out here in west TEXAS, it comes with or without fragrance, I love the lavender.  Mix a 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/8 cup of sugar (and a drop of fragrance oil if you like) and use as a hand scrub or elbows or heels, simply rinse off with warm water.
And of course for great tasting food cook with it.

I forgot using the olive oil scrub also will help to make your nails stronger.

My family and I practically bathe in the stuff! Not to mention the amount of Garlic we consume!! Definitely going to have to try that scrub as well!
